Big Sister, Little Brother!

My baby brother is a special guy.  I was nine years old when he was born and spent a lot of time babysitting for him and doing many things that a big sister would do.  The recent picture was taken this year at his birthday celebration.  It was a fun picture that I knew would end up on a scrapbook page.  I remembered that I had a picture of me holding him that would be a great addition to the layout!

Materials Used:
Headliner was used as the background.  I cut apart the 5th Avenue paper to create the title and the border on the bottom with our names (I was lucky that all the words used had no repeat letters).  I created a strip and matted the pictures & journaling with Cotton dress adding some white cardstock to create the double mat.  I created the look of stitching with a pen (the 5th Avenue papers had marks that looked like stitching).  I am so happy with the finished product!

Thanks for letting me share this fun layout with you!

Happy Scrapping!
